Suggested body weight & body fat %

i am brand new to Crossfit. In fact, I had my first offical class yesterday. I'm pretty proud of myself. I did 1 rep max close grip bench 135 pounds! YAY!! I must say I'm TOTALLY HOOKED!!! I would even leaning to the side of becoming obsessed!

Now for my question. I hope this isn't a stupid one so please bear with me. I was wondering if I could get an idea of what the suggested body weight and body fat percentages for women doing crossfit. I would believe that crossfitters tend to weigh more than the "average woman" due to the increase muscle mass? I am 5'3.

Any help would be so much appreicated!
