Since you have a page dedicated to stretching, I'm assuming you mean don't stretch before exercise, but after. Right?

The stretching routines I'm posting are just things I have been going AFTER a workout. I'm simply trying to come up with efficient stretches that don't take much time to stretch as many muscle groups as possible. Also, I have a desk job so I need special attention (tight hips, ankles, shoulders, etc.) to stay limber.
