Hey this is my first time posting and I need some major help. I am having a problem losing what I think is called a spare tire look. My abs are not the most pressing problem but my oblique are. I really don't know how I can get the excess off. I work out four to five times a week and I run anywhere from five to seven miles a week. My friend told me that this website really is helping her so I hope someone can help me figure out a routine that would work. I am thinking about surgery to remove it but I would like to try and work it off if at all possible. Please help.
