Re: Full Labral Tear

well its not so much a problem as networking. I have good connections here and one of the best orthopedic surgeons for this particular problem. I was looking for sports/fitness orientated information for recovery. I've discussed this extensively with several of my colleagues and specialists. The orthopod working on the case wants only passive range of motion for now which is being done by physical therapy.

I can't change who I get p.t. from but I don't think thats a major problem.

I was wondering if there was anyone out there who wrote about recovery for these kinds of problems. Crossfit is a unique style of fitness to many and I would think requires more flexibility to do many of the movements.

I guess I'm just impatient more than anything else. And I'm curious since there is so much knowledge passed on here. It's not vital to my recovery by any means and I'm sure I will progress as needed.
