Yeah, I will try and do that more.
Funny thing is, I had PT work on me a little while ago. He actually did some dry needling on me which did help the pain in my left ankle.
Then I did a WOD with a bunch of double unders in it and it went back to feeling that same.
(Lol! Sucks getting old.)
I'll keep working on it. I have managed to get through some other issues like knee pain and shoulder issues. I just need to find the right mobility formula.
