BAR Muscle-ups Equivalent to RING Muscle-ups?
I don't have access to rings for today's 30 MU WOD, but I can do about six BAR MUs consecutively and most likely 30 in under ten minutes. So are BAR muscle-ups equivalent to RING muscle-ups on a 1:1 basis?
I presume that the BAR MUs do not work your stabilizers and technique like the RING version, so maybe a 1.5x or 2x multiplier?
