Update on heart rate training. I have hooked up my monitor again.
Most of the workouts I am 160-180 ending. I see that as a good sign. 2 or 3 years ago I was comfortable in the 164-167 range.
The metcon's that I have been doing have been 20 min.
I am 1 week shy of 50 and my pulse is 180. I should do a proper max effort for pulse. I am sure that is a day to day thing just like resting heart rate.
I would like to be a little more scientific because near 7 years into X fit it can get a little boring and one needs some stimulation.
