It looks like you are attempting to power snatch that. I'm not sure if that's the case but either way you need to focus on pulling yourself under the bar and not pulling the bar all the way up.

Also you are pulling with your arms too early. They need to stay straight and tight until the bar gets through your hips (third pull). Also I'd like to see your back much tighter and your weight a little further back on your feet on the setup.
