Alright alright...thank you for your input.
Speaking of Klokov, I had an in depth conversation with him (ensuring I used simple English as he is still learning however, he speaks very well) about my numbers. He gave me a long list of exercises to perform and today I snatched 215#. So according to the values he gave me I'm rapidly edging toward the appropriate percentages.
Clean...rather jerk, is another story. I am almost 100% convinced that is form. I'm relatively new to oly lifting and it has rapidly become an addiction - way more so that crossfit ever was. That being said my spit was always and still is trash and in need of much TLC.
