There will be six event total for each division. Here are some of the Events. Keep in mind they are subject to change.

Step Test
Division: Novice and Open
4 risers on each side plus bench. The challenge is how many reps you can get in a minute. You can either jump up and down or run up and down. 1 rep = both feet on top then both feet back on the ground.

Flex Arm Hang
Division: Open
Using an overhand grip you will have to hang from the pull-up bar with your chin over the bar. Time will stop once your chin goes falls below the bar.

Shuttle Run
Division: Novice and Open
You will have to move 14 balls from one side of the field to the other. 7 balls will be placed at a distance of 20 feet and 7 will be at a distance of 10 feet.

Obstacle Course
Division: Novice and Open
To be revealed on the day of the challenge. It won't involve climbing, but it may involve sprints, jumping over things, or a farmer's walk
