I wanted to do today's mainsite WOD, but I tore open my hand a few days ago and I can't do dumbbell snatches.
The burpees/pullups left me more gassed than Fran does. Who would have thought?
On the drive home I drove past a track and had to hop out and give some sprints a try with my new Vibrams. It is a different feel. There is just no way to not land on the balls of your feet. These absorb no shock at all. a very different feeling that I will have to get used to. Not a bad feeling. These kind of force you to not heel strike, which is good. foreign, but good.
