75lb sandbag squat cleans
The last time I did this, I used a 50lb sandbag and I murdered my back with bad form. This time around I took my time, concentrating on maintaining a neutral back position and it felt great. Killer workout. Sandbags are always heavier than they seem.
Also, this was my first workout in my new Vibram Five Fingers. I love them. They look alien, but they feel right. It is the comfort and ease of motion you get when training barefoot, without the fear of foot trauma from glass or shard stones.
