I've often described my fitness goals as this: "I want to be a Monster. Not a hulking, bulging, steroid filled monster, but rather a 30 dead hang pull-ups, clapping hand stand push-ups, and sub 5 minute mile kind of monster."
Let's watch me do it.
My current program consists of working out with Crossfit Tribe (wfs)
when I can, and following the main page WODs when I can't. Sometimes I'll go to the track and do sprints, or do bunch of heavy lifting at my local globo-gym when my affiliate and mainpage WODs refuse to work together.
