do a 2-3 min round, then during the 1min "break", row a 250m. 8-10 rounds.. if you don't complete the row during the 1min, that round doesn't count.

Do this quite often with Bas fight tape and it's AWFUL

I've been using Bas' fight tapes again recently; 3 rounds after every lifting session. Trying to jack up my conditioning after several months of pure lifting. They're brutal, he's a genius.
