then Fight Gone Bad 3 rounds
Box Jump, Dip, Air squat, push up and 115 lbs Deadlift

Did light workouts the rest of the previous week since I had to go out of town.

Monday was pull ups, felt good

20 straight with almost no help
then 50 burpees for time, 4:55

tried for 335 lbs but failed

then 20 straight @ 165 lbs (felt good)

Ab work

2 rounds of 20 each:
GHD, sit up, leg extention, right side ghd and left side ghd

deadlift

max 1 rep @ 315lbs, could've done more but for shoulder left it there.
followed by 20 reps @ 145lbs

then 50 burpees for time (5:50)

I started my fourth week with bench press. I did max for 200 just like last week. Until something happened and my left shoulder gave out. Extremly scared and worried. Went to doc and it seems fine....

I had what I think was a severe night cramp in my left calf muscle. Giving trouble walking. For precautionary measures I'm not doing any exercise. Tomorrow I will continue as normal. :shrug:
