I would imagine 40 minutes. Perhaps not at first, but when you start lifting closer to your limits, you'll definitely want some down time between sets. Figure in about 5 minutes to warm up for each...

Per the E-book, when you're "stuck", you reset by decreasing the weight by 10% and proceding like normal, increasing the bar weight by 5 or 2.5 lbs. per workout.

There's definitely the cool factor...
