You are wrong, and the beauty of it lies in the fact you seem smug in your inaccuracy.

If you watch raw meets there are people that bounce out if the bottom. MOST do not for fear of blowing out...

The bounce makes a HUUUUGGGEEEE difference.

You are correct, knee wraps help as well....

The bounce makes a HUGE difference in what the lifter can get up. Make a lifter that bounces NOT bounce and see how much less they squat.

You are right, hence I said as close as possible.

Watch this 825 lbs raw squat (he used knee wraps). His knees are forward, but he minimizes it.

I'm not sure what was said in the rest of this thread, but your squat form is going to lead to knee issues. You need to sit back further on the descent. When you are at parallel your shins should...
