I generally use either #1 or #2. Either way, I try to hit more than one lift a day on lifting days. Just doing one lift doesn't do much once you advance over beginner levels.

Maybe look into getting a burger grinder? If you are able to buy ALOT of the tougher cuts for cheap it may come in handy. Freshly ground burger is incredible.

For what its worth, my parents always told me to go for the groin, the nose, the eyes, and to stab (always carried a pocketknife, everyone should for the practicality I think) if at all possible...
