I always sorta had a rule for myself. If I missed 2 or 3 times, I dropped weight. Even if I knew it wasn't a strength issue. I'd drop weight and rep my way back up reinforcing...

I saw the exact same scenario at our box and it seemed to work out OK. however the level of retail offerings were very small and it was more a favor to the members than a profitable venture. ...

What I found while coaching is that 99% of my athletes (both those who wanted to compete, and those who just wanted to be more fit humans, really appreciated every single coaching cue I'd give them....
