Re: Class Pass?

IMO these kinds of things get people into your gym that are just looking for some kind of "workout" and are not terribly interested in taking the time and consistency needed to effectively train...

Re: When To Introduce Barbell Clean & Snatch

This question depends moreso on your ability to teach the movement well. If you haven't developed a respectable level of competency teaching it to individuals and performing them yourselves I would...

Re: Opinion on new facility

I agree with much of what was said in the previous two posts. In short,

Investors: If you don't NEED them, STAY AWAY. Sounds like you're doing well enough to transition into a new space.

Move to...

Re: Concrete floor/cracking/crumbling/craters

Re: Motivating Members

Here's a valuable perspective. Everyone is MOTIVATED and RATIONAL.

It's not that they lack motivation, it's that they're motivated to not show up more or at all which they're rationalizing by virtue...

Re: 1 piece of equipment you cannot live without?

I too agree with the minimalist approach and saving your $$ for all the extra stuff you may not currently realize is going to be a drain on your funds. That being said, I really like our dogsled, if...

Re: New box and mirrors

My recommendation would be to keep 1-2 of them. They're not going to be part of your regular usage but have two good uses IMO:

They're good for allowing someone to see their posture while doing...
