November 27th fast approaches. Time to grab a bar and pull your self up. A lot. Change grips, add weight, work your kip, do sets of max efforts but for sure ramp up your volume and get your grip...

Once a month at CFPC we do an Epic which is a workout that takes at least 45 minutes to complete. We just did this one and the times ranged from 46 minutes to 65 minutes.
