Day 1: no grains/sugar. So far so good. I did not get to take my measurements today. I will do it tomorrow morning. I should also note that I am doing the Metabolic diet, so I am not eating any types...

Tomorrow will be my start of no grains/no sugar. I have started and failed many times and am sick of it. I have m;y food prepared for tomorrow and will ensure that I have my food prepared every night...

100 Ring rows
100 push ups
100 back extension

100 squats
