I can do pushups...

Re: Fish oil cost

Are you buying liquid fish oil ? If not that is your problem.

Carlson liquid is the best deal I've found. There isn't a pill form that comes close to the amount of EPA/dollar you get with liquid.

Re: Best method for having LDL cholesterol measured?

I think we are done here. When you suggest that an ultra-marathon runner taking in 13% protein compares to the needs of a Crossfitter there is really no point in discussing things further.

Re: Best method for having LDL cholesterol measured?

How about the simple fact that since the 20's intake of saturated fat has decreased, the intake of cereal grains has increased DRAMATICALLY, and heart disease has sky rocketed. So yeah 100 years is...

Re: Best method for having LDL cholesterol measured?

Too bad that this is completely false. Carbohydrates increase Triglycerides and small dense LDL Darryl. Why you are promoting the intake of cereal grains on a Crossfit site boggles the mind.

So...

Re: Paleo .. Cholestrals gone higher!

The problem isn't LDL itself it's the type of LDL. Small dense LDL is bad, large fluffy is good.
