I use it on my rubber flooring.

It takes under an hour to do a really good job cleaning 4500 sq ft of floor space.

We bought 24 of these for use at my affiliate.

They are the worst ropes we've ever bought. The handles constantly come undone, the metal "rope" is easily bent and retains the new shape, the spin...

We recently bought one of these and I love it. It was expensive ($1500ish), but completely worth it.
