I use Amino-x now. Switched from Xtend and I think I'm just going to stay with AMino-x. Xtend is very tasty though and can mix with 20ml and still be pretty potent. I actually still have mango left...

C4 Ripped or Mr. Hyde on lifting days (4 days), coffee and BCAAs on just running days. I generally only use Mr. Hyde only once a week though. Trying not to be that dependent on caffeine.

I had knee cracking awhile back. Someone tuned me to hip thrust, 3 sets of high reps and for some weird reason it worked. It's a great exercise regardless if you don't already do them.

I would recommend Precision Nutrition. They have certifications and I feel its the most legit as far as diet research. I think they also have opportunities to coach but I'm not too sure though. But...
