Try working on one arm push ups to increase your strength. If you use the GTG program with one arm push ups I bet you will get to 100 much faster than if you trained two arm push ups. Just my opinion

I think the key is being consistent each time you do it. That way you get a true meausre of progress. Personally i go all out with no rest between exercises, only between rounds.

Thankls for all the advice. I have started as corey suggested...practicing deep squats with no weight and holding the position just before the butt wink...hopefully this will help.
