wake up in the morning

put chicken breasts in toaster oven
put squash in microwave
go take a shower while they...

I think in my experience it is important to remember that on the meals you DO eat, eat PROTIEEENNNN.. otherwise you will hate every second of your fast after a while.

I just find IF really easy to adhere to.

I can do 1k KCal deficit without even really having to think about being hungry all the time, because the rules are simple.

eat, eat, don't eat.

Admittedly I have been consuming a rather large calorie deficit, but the hunger is totally manageable.

I think the problem with eating bacon is the high saturated content of fats, which messes up your balance of omega acids.

So I believe it is either lean meats only, or you use fish oil? Something...
