I think I might need to adjust my dose and/or timing.

Lately I take it and sleep REALLY great for about three hours, then I'm wide awake.

No stomach issues at all though.

I've used samples of Endorush, Jack3d, NOxplode, ECA, etc...and I like them for preworkout boosts before strength training.

I wouldn't want to take them before a long run or straight cardio only...

You got five years out of a $20 bar I'd say you made out pretty damn good.

I can see why they're no good for a high traffic box, but for a single casual user they can take quite a beating.
