What do you consider an appropriate height box? I am training for a stair race in mid April and all I have available to train on is a stair-master, 2-count step-ups on a 12 inch and 18 inch box. ...

Any updates on this type of training? I am entering my first event in April 2010. I haveno stairs to train on so I do lots of cardio and lots of box steps.
