I like the Uni gym where I train, the rack is almost always free and no one gives me any hassle(except one guy who I think told me to stop dropping the bar when I was doing Grace a couple of weeks...

I agree that caffeine is not bad for you, but all things in moderation. I would only drink decent coffee anyway, fresh ground and strong....

I just find that I sleep better when I lay off coffee...

Also what has already been mentioned above, cut out refined carbs and caffeine and that'll help too. Short, 10-15 mins, naps can help too....
