The chain is about 8 feet long...

Re: Pre patellar bursitis???

Well, I did not want to bore people with a long story and I though the titled implied that I knew what I had.

Nevertheless, here it is... 11 days ago, while biking on the approach to an ice climb...

Pre patellar bursitis???

Long story short, I banged my knee. Anyone has suggestions to get back on track asap? Should I avoid squats or any other movement?

I'll be icing lots but other ideas are welcome.

Re: Continuing other workouts/activities while CrossFit training

I do WOD's Monday through Friday. I do not take a rest day when it is prescribed but I'll take one or two when needed. (i.e. After Murph with "*** to ankle" squats I could barely move for two days!)...

I'm not a medical expert but I do suffer from exercise induce asthma since I was born. I did not have the choice of "believing" or not in the existence of this condition. 30 years later I know that...

Re: where to buy equiptment in western Canada

From the sound of it, your best bet is ordering from the US through Allison Forman (Anything York Barbell with 30% discount) or Glen Pendlay (Oly bar and bumpers). Other do not ship to Canada yet....

Re: Climbing Wall revisited

Well, if you already have some experience as a climber and/or if you want to work at your technique, you should play with angles. You could place one vertically (easier to warm up on / friendlier)...

Re: Next piece of equipment for garage gym

My vote goes to the C2. It is the only cardio machine that still makes me nervous since I know that no matter the distance or time I row, I will be in pain afterwards.
