I really hardly ever bruise at all. Bang my shins in deadlifts or bring weight down hard on my thighs on cleans and snatches - none of that makes me bruise.

Bruising from back squats

I get some pretty nasty looking bruising on my back after doing any significant amount of weight on back squats (like 185 or more). It doesn't hurt, and it goes away after a few days typically.

I made it through the weekend without eating copious amounts of ice cream. Didn’t eat any, actually. This is rare - I’m a huge weekend binge eater.
