Pull ups, supine ring rows, bent-over barbell/dumbell rows.
Also, practicing the lift from the top down, get locked into good position and maintain it under control on the way down with light...

Dare, sorry it's taken me a bit to answer this last bit.
I asked about height because if you were 6'3" or something, that might have an significant impact on form, but at 5'10" you should be able...

You nailed what I saw in the lighter reps you tried, you actually look pretty good on the pull but your hips are a quite a bit lower than I'd like them to be, you're almost in a squatting position:...

Couple quick points and questions here..
Are these based on your actual 1RM, or 90% of your 1RM?
For the form, lead with your sternum while pushing your knees back and that will fix the hips...
