Thursday was a complete day off-

Friday- good long warm up to start- rowing, aa bike, ski erg, extra warm on the hammies.

Dead lift- 45-375x3. Still weak and back still off. Just keeping up to date...

Wed- rowing class. Stacey showed up and did a 90 min session with 16 worth of meters. She lost another 5 lbs. 52 in a year! Plus she put on some muscle. That is inspiring.

Tuesday- chilled after work. Did some shoulder rehab. Its has been a bit wonkey for sure. Floss, stretch and some band work.

Hip circle, rowing, bird feeders, good warm up.

Seems as they are passing on some of the costs to the events worldwide: but the events will be stacked with big names.

Alluded to the lesser number of masters going to the games.
