Thanks for the replies, I do plan on eating a lot more carbs than normal and was planning on sticking to sweet potatoes and bananas. Possibly eggs and a protein shake, with some fat (nuts and EVOO)...

I am doing a competition this Sat and wanted some advice on how to eat/drink on that day to stay fueled for each WOD. There will be approx 15-30 mins btwn wods, with a 1-1.5 hr break btwn wods 5-6....

I am signed up for sectionals and they are taking place Feb 27-28. Does anyone have any advice on programming for the next 3 weeks. I mostly do WODs at home and work and on occasion with a co worker....
