Am I planning Right?

I'm looking to do 16 blocks a day....I've planned this out for tomorrow. How's it look? Am I doing this right?

Zone and the Importance of Measurement?

I've just started zone, and it is already becoming a bit of a hassle to measure out. As time goes on, does it get easier to be able to eyeball the portions?

Rest Day today! Tuesdays are pool night for me.

I'm pretty glad, I think the box jumps from yesterday wrecked my gluts pretty good. Overall I'm a little stiff and sore. Feels good.
