Watch Craigslist and buy a cage that's exactly what you want, then turn-around and sell yours. Used squat cages are worth $150-$200. Somebody will buy yours in a heartbeat and not even care about...

Yes. Rule of thumb is that Rubber weighs more than iron. Include the bar in the iron figure. Of course, none of that matters if you aren't going to dump the weight.

If you are Zoning, it's not that hard to lose 15 lbs on the Zone, if your starting weight is 260... independent of what you are doing for workouts. You will lose weight Zoning, You will get fitter...

Chin-ups and pull-ups are pretty much the same thing. If you're starting CrossFit you'll be doing a bazillion of these and trying to differentiate them will be an exercise unto itself.
