You will have more expenses than this starting fresh. I mean it will all depend on how much space and your location, but EVERYTHING adds up more than you think. Plus you don't want to cut the corners...

Look into a periodized program with a good dynamic warm-up. Crossfit is not the suitable application for all sports in my opinion. Crossfit is a competition on its own and you do not want to beat up...

Creatine should be in a non acidic juice if mixed in juice....I prefer con-cret by pro-mera...no bloat. Also they do have a creatine serum but it is a mono- hydrate.
