Sports doctor is telling me that surgery is probably not going to help me because the root of my issues is the arthritis... Which is causing the bone spurs, etc. I don't know what to do actually.....

My stroke rate is bad generally, because I think C2 says optimal I around 26. I think I'm over 36 most of the time. Yes anything near 2:00 is chill mode. I want to buy a rower badly to work on that...

I think avg pace is your avg for that split. If you set 500 -> 0 I would count it.

You set the rower on workout of 500 Meter descending and it starts as soon as the handles are pulled.

I did try something a little new to me in that 2nd 500 because my traps were burning hardcore. I slowed my stroke rate down and tried longer\stronger pulls. My traps recovered but my pace did suffer...

just checked your link, it doesn't hurt when I press in there. However does hurt on early sets of back squats even... I did burpees yesterday and dont notice anything extra in terms of pain today....

Yes, I've increased my water intake and calorie intake in general and things are turning for the better now. I found that not only was I slightly dehydrated, but was not getting enough calories...
