Michael,

I do not need guidance to not do pull ups in the warm up if they are in the wod.

I simply am wanting more understanding on how to spice up the variety on the warm-up.

I agree.

OR Some more guidance on how to change up the warm up in he same way the the wod changes. Thats one of the things i love is that everyday is different.

I dread the same warm up.

I do not feel tight anywhere else.

I have been trying to "morph" into a pose style running this year.

Should I back off until the soreness is gone and then re visit the pose?

I do various weights and distances for farmers walks daily.

Sometimes with the WOD and anything else extra I may try, i get burnt out.
