Hey, thanks for the link, but for me, I can't even do that. If I move my elbow to end range of motion, it does nothing to increase ROM, and it eventually causes pain.

It sounds to me like you are relatively strong in the hips/legs, and weaker in the mid/upper back if I'm understanding how these bars work...
