Also, keep in mind she's only been paleo for about 2 months now. For the past 10+ years she's been a high carb, high sugar vegetarian.

I'm not monitoring everything she does, but I believe she cooks primarily with grassfed butter and olive oil.

Thanks! I'm not really looking for a CF gym at the moment because I want to do my own thing. A globo should work fine as long as they have barbells and iron and a squat rack. I'll look around this...
