Just my two cents here, but I found a nice fish oil that has some vitamin E and green tea extract to prevent oxidation and its pretty cheap and has a decent concentration to boot.

Yesterday I only got in my roadwork in the early afternoon. Spent the rest of the day on personal stuff and got sidetracked.

Ran 1.2km to warm-up

Been taking rest days after my last workout since my lower back was screaming at me. Mix that with a few long work days of standing the entire time and I was in some bad shape.
