On your image, the Paleo Recommended HDL number has a "<", it should have a ">".

The received wisdom on HDL is that higher is better. (I've never heard any Paleo wisdom suggesting otherwise)....

Zinc can cause stomach issues. Search 'zinc side effects'.

Mega dose experiments with zinc would sometimes titrate to stomach tolerance.

Reduce the dosage or try eating something along with it.
