Hi all,
The one thing that is discussed here that no one addresses is where Crossfit's emphasis lies, as far as developing all 10 physical skills I have to question that Crossfit actually develops...

Hi folks,
It seems that there are two different goals for this kind of WOD. Muscle endurance or work capacity improvement. If you do the exercises sequentially you emphasize more muscle endurance...

How do people keep score of each exercise? I just total the score for each round since I can't remember or write reps for each exercise while transitioning between them. I do this: the first exercise...

Really, kipping doesn't work on rings? All I have to work on is rings and a bar suspended from 2 foot long chains (swings like rings but a shorter arc), and kipping seems to work. Not as well as on a...

I think taxing local muscle endurance still has its place in some workouts, and that total power output is not always the overriding goal of a workout. Some exercises like pushups, situps, unweighted...
