Wed did some moving around- rowing about 4k worth. Bunch of stretching. Bird feeders etc.

Thursday- long warm up and hit 19.5. I have not done much metcons involving thrusters and c2b. It showed....

Yes its all been very boring each year. Some new movements this year with the oh lunges with db and the step ups. Left out many other movements like DL, C&J, Heavy snatch, S2O etc. 19.5 was a grind...

Alex, might be just a overlook or under look in this case. Usually its the men who get it wrong. The ladies leader board looks better for the most part. But I have not seen it this week. I am banned...

Sat pm- 10 sets of 10 cal row. Focused on three quick and strong pulls then settle into 1100-1200 pace or about 1 cal per stroke.

Spin bike- 15 min easy

Wed- training at Dark Side- teaching the rowing class- did about 3k of rowing myself.
