I'm on so called "paleo" almost a year and despite of amazing results regarding skin problems I can not get reed of low back fat. Does anybody experiencing the same guys?

I have been thinking regarding not eating enough. It seems you're right. This is a side effect of migration toward paleo diet. Need to be fixed.

Well, I dont do something special for that 7%.

I'm on non strict paleo and feel pretty normal I would say.

174cm/86.5cm/71.4kg

Probably no definately :) need some "meat"

And guys, not to duplicate threads, could somebody point me out to a specific pre running crossfit warm-up if any. Currenly I do not warm up before long runs (same 10Ks). Apperenly this is not right.

I had 7% body fat last time I checked. Probably gain muscle.
Just added oats to PWO metcon shake today. It tastes good.

Should I mix two protein scoops instead of one in this case?

Hi, if you have a metcon day (run 10K for instance) what to add to whey protein for recovery?

There's a recommendation to add maltodextrin/dextrose + creatine...

Does it make sense to drink casein shake before sleep? I used to take it but now it's hard to find a timesloot for tonight and btw I think to drink sweet shake just before bed it's not a good idea....

Ordered Source Naturals 850mg fish oil softgels in the end. Each softgel contains 340/450 mg of DHA/EPA accordingly. A wee bit lower price then PP.
