This is why I very rarely attend affiliates. Most of the WODs (ie chippers) are worthless to my training. I've been to one that allowed open gym time (CF Oakland, IIRC), but I arranged it well...

I didn't say everyone DOES squat 500. They don't, because they don't follow the right kind of program. Look at the guys over on 70sbig.com following linear progression - many of them are squatting...

For what level lifter? I have to toss in my opinion here and advise everyone to abuse their linear progression first and foremost. Anything else is just silly. Very little intermediate programming...

Ken, what kind of chicken has 8 grams of protein for a 240 calorie serving? 8 grams of protein = 32 calories, leaving 212 calories to come from either fats or carbs.
