Caveman have question

Most of the time I'm happy just taking the great advice I get here. You tell me it's good for me, I'll either eat it or I'll do it. If it tastes bad, too bad, eat it. If it hurts, do it again, and...

Re: buffalo wings?

If I go to Hooters, I always get a bucket of oysters, which I don't think are as bad for you as Buffalo wings. Best part is that one of the girls shucks 'em for me, which is better for my circulatory...

Re: Watches

I'm kinda partial to my Invicta dive watch. Automatic, screw down collar, scratch proof crystal (they didn't let a mechanic test it though), one way bezel. Looks a lot like a certain Rolex I've seen,...

Re: Howdy all

Thanks Lynne, your welcome back means a lot to me.
I worked out a few times over the weekend in my basement gym, and I've noticed a couple things.
One, it's all coming back to me fast, don't seem to...

Thanks for the invite Milton. I'll work on that.
But over the last few weeks of working out, basically running for ten minutes, burpees, db thrusters, db presses and swings, situps, back extentions...

Re: Familiar with this rower?

Sell my bike!?!
Nope, been looking for one of them for years.
I can actually afford a brand new C2 now without selling any toys, but being the tightwad that I am, I'm looking for a deal on one...

Re: Familiar with this rower?

Wow! That was a nice find.
Kind of like the bike in my avatar. A KZ1000 Mad Max/Toecutter special.
140mph for $700, I just couldn't pass it up.

Re: Familiar with this rower?

Thanks for that Andy. I won't waste 200 bucks then, and I'll hold out for that C2.
But in watching the bids on them on Ebay, I noticed that it seems everyone is wanting one, and that finding one...

Familiar with this rower?

I searched on the web for this rower but I can't find out anything about it.
Price is right, and it's local.

Howdy all

Not really.

Thanks Elliot. I think the one at Gill's is actually better. The one I was looking at is rated for only 700lbs, but for an extra 40 bucks they'll upgrade to a 1500 lb bar.
Might as well go with...

Thanks Lincoln. But as I have no aspirations of competing in oly lifting, I just want a bar that can take a little abuse. A 1.259" dia. bar sounds even better as far as dropping it is concerned....
