I haven't had to stop pullups. Fingertip pushups seemed to aggravate it so I have cut down on those.

On the advice of my PT I've been doing self-massage (on my arm).

Find your medial epicondyl (the bump on the inside of your elbow joint - as in the pictures) with your thumb. Slide your thumb...
